Cant Beat DUBAI... one of the most complete cities in the world... nearly everything there.
Are you serious..............

Anyway, I love Melbourne, I wouldnt want to live anywhere else. But if i had to, i'd love to live on the Californian coast.

Id like to live in Liverpool,so that I can visit Anfield anytime I want and meet the people whom I really like seeing on tv.Im pretty happy where I am right now though.

What I meant by meeting them was that I could see them physically, although I wouldnt mind talking to them. ;)

Here are some others places I would like to live:

Stockholm, Sweden
Hamburg, Germany
Vienna, Austria
Prague, Czech Republic
Brisbane, Australia

live to live?? lol

Brisbane isn't anything special. The Gold Coast its where its at!!!

Sorry about that little error. Brisbane is just out of the mountains and on the coast. I would love that!

Trust me, Brisbane has NOTHING on the Gold Coast. It's awsome

Agreed! Why would anyone in their right mind want to live in Brisbane? :p
Anyway, I'm guessing you're a Gold Coast fan mainly 'cos of the theme parks, right?
Other Australian places, barring Sydney, that I'd like to live in include Melbourne, Hobart/Launceston....that's it.
I'm with you on Stockholm, Skateboarder: Sweden- and most other scandinavian/nordic nations for that matter- are high on my list...
Oh yes, and out of curiousity, what's so good about Dubai?

Every major city in Australia seems isolated from another! Norwich is nothing to there!

That would come down to the size of the country, and the fact that we have masses of desert regions- but, then again, Canberra is technically inside NSW, so it's not that bad! :p
The population density is really low because of the large area and prominence of desert lands, though, meaning it could never be as clustered as somewhere like the UK.

Canberra as a capital has always striked me as odd.

It's a fairly small population isn't it?

Liverpool is a great city, wlel actually the town centre is currently a disgrace (mainly due to building and road works etc.) but there are plans to extend the motorway to run straight into the town centre (which im sure would benfit me right now as i live on a straight bus route to the town centre, and the extension would effect a retail park by mine with a bowling alley/cinema)

but what make sliverpool great is the sense of humour of the people, perhaps this is a biased view but whenever ive been in other cities in the UK i dont tend hear as much laughter etc.

and derby days are just special, especially when we win

as you can tell i love my city, and id never leave indefinately, but would like to live in australia for 4-5 years, just to experience something different
