Who-ever was maintaining those servers ran out of money. The patches are no longer available.


As the patch server is no longer available, that's good. Nobody can play Ashes 2009, IC2010 unless they downgrade to Windows 98 or Windows XP.

A lot of games stop providing online services a few years after release.

The beta patch servers went down with Transmission, as they were hosted internally.

The above post is wrong, the game still works and runs just fine on Windows 7/8.

It's funny how the servers of BLC 07 still works perfectly, I've had great games in the last month.
