Elwiss plays for my club, Wolverhampton CC. She is a year younger than me at 16. Played loads of junior matches with her in the past and currently play adult cricket with her brother. She will play for the full England team, no doubt about that (in fact everyone has been saying that since she is about 10).

Excellent bowler (well for a girl ). What is the average age of this "development X1"?

The Ireland v Netherlands match was the only official ODI in this tournament, and Metcalfe's figures are the best for Ireland in women's ODI cricket.
