FTP Rule :

General Your scouts are not directed to target players of a particular type, just to find the best player available. As a result, the overall skills of the player recruited are likely to be higher.

I went General.

Should I train that guy as an all-rounder or as a batsman? By academy isn't the greatest so if I train as all-rounder he'd probably only just make my side by the time he's 20. But if I train him as a batsmen he could be pretty awesome.

Chewie added 0 Minutes and 32 Seconds later...

You can't beat my awesome pulling skills. Pull all the chicks too :spy

He will surely play for U19. Well what is the status of your youth academy and how much you're investing?

You could always cut your senior funding chew and raise youth until hes 20... so you can sell him for a fortune.... got to be better than relying on one player all the time if you keep him??

He could go for a million maybe more.... are you saying you'd pass up the chance of selling someone for a million??

I could sell him for over a million now. If I sold him later I wouldn't get as much due to my academy not being as good.

I don't have enough money to increase my academy. I pay too much in wages. I'll have to see what my balance is once the season starts before I increase it.

Chewie, you know you want to list him. If so, can you do it at about this time. That way I'll be on then.

I can pay a lot of money for him. A starting price of $750K could be good. And then you could buy one of my players for a good profit.
