I thought i'd show some inititive and post an thread for people to comment on there Youth Pulls each week, I didn't ask briggsy but i am sure he wont mind and even if he likes the idea he can make it a sticky

So all you have to do is state your team name, how many ITS used (if any) and your current academy rating.

You don't understand, this is the final result. Natural talent+ITS, shown there. They won't improve anyomore.
I am not gonna use any ITS, check my thread in about 1/2 an hour for my pull.
