For those of you who don't know what Zombie is, it is an undead cultural reference to brain-dead people with no eyes.
A FPS is first-person-shooter type of game such as call of duty, modern warfare. Take a look at YouTube 'Call of Duty' to get some ideas.
I have a feeling that this whole game is a Zombie First Person Shoot-em-up game converted to a cricket game.
Here are the evidences:
- All the NPCs have no eyes. This is a curious oversight or the senior AAA modeller was fooling around. You are taking the living likeness of a person and using his face to model a zombie version of him!
- The cricket game has FPS (First Person Shooter elements) such as number of balls, the batting is inflexible and the batter looks like carrying a weapon around.
- The controls feel like a shoot-em-up game instead controlling aspects of batting and playing normal cricket
- The ball goes at 90km/h. This suggests a shoot-em-up game instead of cricket.
- The fielders don't act normally. They stutter or are brain-dead
- The fielders act like as if they have typical FPS activities - horde around the player, stutter or erratic movement (like a zombie moving around), go thought each other, move around very inflexibly.
