What is Indian Cricket League?
Indian Cricket League is a e- tournament run in association with Planetcricket.Net. Its a 50 over tournament, played between 8 teams of different parts of India, which will be managed by the people of planetcricket. The franchisees to be drafted are Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharastra, West Bengal, Punjab, Delhi and Andaman & Nicobar. For the first time, there is a team from island. The engine used will be Syedur Rahmin's Cricsim, which will simulate all the games.

On having a chat with MRF Pace foundation director, D. Lillie, The Indian Cricket League Chairperson Binnu has decided to conduct a Knock out tournament to check out the performances of the teams. For this, a tiny schedule was released. All the matches were scheduled at Non - ICLing cities.

Andaman & Nicobar Attackers VS Mumbai Indians at Kochi. Andaman & Nicobar Attackers have won by 8 wickets.

Semi Finals:
Deccan Chargers VS Chennai Eagles at Nagpur. Chennai Eagles win by 37 runs
Kolkata Kingfishers VS Andaman & Nicobar Attackers at Nagpur. Kolkata Kingfishers wil by 45 runs.

Final:
Chennai Eagles VS Kolkata Kingfishers at Kochi. Kolkata Kingfishers win by 4 wickets.

A sum of 50,000 vCash was to be given to the winner of this tournament. and there were no specific awards to be given for this one.
Every match is of 30 Overs per side.

Well, maximum number of overseas players allowed is 4 per side in India.
A Player should not play more than 6 matches in ODI season. However, he can play in finals.
For MRF Pace Foundation matches, there is no restriction for players. Its just a pre season tournament, where you can test everyone's skills.

Appoint 6 or more bowlers while you put up a line up.

One keeper must play. A team without wicketkeeper will be invalid.

If you don't post line up for 24 hours/ post an invalid line up and don't change it, that particular match will be Canceled.

You'll be given 500k on join, which you've to spend in two areas.
1) Player training.
2) Ground Maintenance.

But keep some bounty with you, in order to use it in near future.

What is player training:
Well, if you invest your amount on player training, you can have their averages bit tweaked and you can have them injured bit less.

What is maintenance of ground?
A) Maintenance of ground is important thing. You'll have a home ground, for which, you've to put some bounty in it so that the ground is clean and more number of people come to see.
I'll use randomizer to check how many people attend the match.
If you don't spend much on Ground maintenance, I'll randomize by setting the minimum value to 5k and maximum to 50k. If you spend more amount of ground maintenance, I'll randomize by by setting minimum to 30k and maximum to 50k.

Sir, what is the advantage we'll get if you get more crowd!

Well, if you get more crowd, you'll be given the (Attendance X 3) bounty. So, Ground maintenance even is important.
And at the same time, the maintenance cost gets more on higher number of capacity. So, be careful, on the ground maintenance. If you want high crowds, you'll have to pay more on ground maintenance. If you want less crowds, just invest less on ground maintenance.

We'll be playing with Syedur Rahmin's Cricsim, and it'll be 50 over games all round!
