In addition to the training previously purchased we would like to purchase an intensive training Player Pool B-G to A for Hutch Lion Dumbledore and an intensive training Player Pool B-G to A for Aoun Muhammad.
So 29,000- 28,000 leave us with 1,000 to be put behind the bar for Slipperpool's end of season bash, hosted by DJ Bobby D and MC Markkkk Jay. Brrriiiing the Noize!!!

Apologies for the delay; been busy - got through to the final stage of a civil service grad scheme: unfortunately its in London so have spent my day checking hotel and train prices.. @The Author is technically in charge of the team and therefore can change this as he wishes, I'm just posting this here so we can start again as soon as possible. I hope to explain my decisions so team folk know where I'm coming from. I'm also going to keep my working by my answers, mostly because it helps with checking and I'm too lazy to get rid of it.
Our budget after we bought players was $79,000.
My focus was originally on players who had two basic trainings already, and therefore could be bumped up a level. My focus after that was on players who'd likely play in all three formats of the game, slightly biased towards those who had activity bonuses since two basic trainings are cheaper than a single intensive.
McKenzie got two activity bonus basics: so therefore he gets another basic, which therefore upgrades him to a Player Pool A player. ($74,000).
Shylock got a basic training before the season, and one through activity bonuses: so therefore he gets another basic which promotes him to Star Pool A ($67,500)
Rustagi got an intensive before the season and a basic through activity bonuses and since he's guaranteed to play in every game (as our only keeper) he gets two basics, who promotes him to Star Pool A ($54,500)
Ulberg got a basic through activity bonuses, and since he's guaranteed to play in the List A and T20 games he gets two basics, promoting him to Player Pool A ($44,500)
Agger got a basic through activity bonuses, and since he's very likely to play in every game (certainly every first class one...) he gets two basics, promoting him to Player Pool A ($34,500)
Steel got an intensive before the season and a basic through activity bonuses and is likely to play every game, so he gets two basics promoting him to Star Pool A ($21,500)
Nugent-Hopkins joined us an midseason and gets an intensive, which promotes him to Player Pool A ($7,500)
Finally, McKenzie gets another basic training, because its the most efficient use of money available, means that I could get promoted at the end of the regular season, and because I'm the one who had to go and work all this out

That leaves us with $1,000 which will go into the club whisky fund!
