How often to refresh 'get best'?

Hi,

Given teams get updated with new bats, rosters etc over time, how often do you think it's worth going through the 'Get Best' option?

As far as I can tell, there's no visual indicator to show that an update for team X is available, so I presume it's best just to click Get Best every so often?

Also it'll be good if there is a way to only update the kits. I have made custom changes to the lineup and players in the teams I had downloaded through get best and I don't want to lose those. Wonder if this is possible.

Sure. When you download the team it prompts you whether you want to replace the player skills/identity local version with the new version. Just choose not to replace them.
