On a laptop, usually the Print Screen button has a different primary function. So, on a laptop, in order to take screenshots, you have to hit the function key (I think it says <Fn> or something similar) and the Print Screen key together. Then, you can paste the image onto an image editor.
Here's a similar program I use to take screenshots of pretty much everything. It's free, and captures screenies of objects, such as browsers; in addition to games. However, like Lee reminded, you need to keep it running for it to actually save the screenshots that you store by pressing the hotkey.
