I'm sure you will do a great job in managing this cup, and I'm looking forward to following it. This version should be very successful as 05 doesn't have the patch issues that 06 has.

Unfortunately, I can't play it because I patched my ICC 05 but forgot the code.

it seems this comp will have to be a quadrangular series (noone has signed up ages). Its a shame, because I was hoping that there would be more players, as I myself am following this....

With nobody else looking like signing up, I'm ready to begin if everyone else is.

Rules-
Each team will play each other TWO times, in a 50 over match.

There will be a deadline of one week from the start of a round to the end, where it will be up to each player to arrange a date and time between them and their opponents.

After the match, both teams should send a printscreen of the result to:
[email protected], within that week.

eg. BedworthCC v pinchinatorz will take place at a time and date agreed between the two dates for that round, and both must send a printscreen of the result.

I will put fixtures up, and please be aware of timezones when selecting times.

4 points for a win, 2 for a tie and 0 for a loss. failure to send a printscreen before deadline means the other team is awarded the points, irrelevant of the result (unless there is a good reason).

There will also be a KO cup scheduled in between league rounds, with a draw deciding semis.

how do u actually play the 05 version online?

i dunno how cos i usually play it on my comp which doesnt have a connection!

first of all make sure you have a connection, go to "update" from the main menu of the game. download this, and the "Internet Game" icon should appear in it's place. use this.

I'll let you in, and keep entries open until sunday night, but you need to be able to make sure you can actually get online with the game first.

as for teams, it doesn't matter whether you use a saved team or not.
