Nice render effects there but you need to work on the background. Try downloading texture and stock packs and add them in the background at low opactiys. The shane bond text is cool but could do with some effects and the Hampshire and New Zealand text is too far away from the main action.

Good start...look pretty good but you need to work on your backgrounds. Try using textures to make the looks better.
