I say this with Bangladesh's best interests in mind. Reason being it'll be easier to find a buyer and trainer for Zamir than it would for Mir. And since you're willing to train, you could train Mir for us.

Simple training plan for now, 3 bowling, 1 stamina, 1 fielding, 1 keeping. Stamina hits around Prof, you can remove it and make it another bowling (if possible).
