Microsoft Encarta Research Organizer 2000 - really pleased with that one, it took a bit of tinkering, but it works fine now.

I was unable to configure IIS for my website on Vista. (not sure if it was a problem in IIS, or my lack of knowledge, but it was irritating nonetheless.) In XP's IIS 6.0 it was really easy to configure it.

That was the only blemish i came across.

I have a huge list of programs, but first of all I would like to add Syedur Rehman's Cricksim to the list. :D Though note that I have ultimate and it doesn't seem to be able to work on home basic / home premium.
