UFO crashes in to Wind turbine!!!!

It would have had to be bloody tall to not be flying!

WHAT? Read the article again. An expert in the field claims it could have either been a mechanical fault or an ice build up on the turbine. Far more likely than a plane/bird/alien spaceship hitting it.

Aliens can build a spaceship that can travel millions of light years, can enter our atmosphere safely, yet they can't afford headlights or satnav?

I think I've stated before, I believe extra-solar life exists, it would be ignorant and arrogant of humans (traits we're good at) to think we are the only little specs of dust in the vast chasm of this universe. However, that doesn't mean I think little green men exist who have piloting skills of a drunk pilot exist.

We live in a universe of logic. It's just not logical for extra-solar or extra-terrestrial (though that seems almost improbable to come from within our own solar system) life to find us, to be able to enter out atmosphere (due to strengths of gravitational pulls, etc, think about NASA and re-entries) and last but not least, the contents of our atmosphere are almost certainly going to be highly poisonous to any foreign life. We wouldn't be able to survive in the several atmosphere make ups the Earth has had before this one.

Imagine the bollocking the poor Alien pilot got for giving away their existence by crashing the ship into a turbine...

Poor little fellow. :(

but what if they have been living in the same kind of planet as us but had to abondon it because of a reason and now are looking for a place to crash;)

ROFL. I love these apparent UFO sightings. They're always seen by 2 people at most, there is never any hard evidence and they always occur ridiculously late at night. Utter drivel, and anyone that believes it is an idiot.

And Abhas, it's from The Sun newspaper. Hardly a reputable source tbh.

Huh? There is doubt though clearly, the idiots that live there believe it's Aliens, and that's what they believe the term UFO means. The damage was not necessarily caused by any kind of Flying object either, be it a plane or whatever. Read these far more plausible ideas for the damage caused:

Still believe it was a UFO?

You didn't read the part of that article I posted did you......

I don't see how a highly intelligent specie would be able to navigate many many lightyears to be a complete dumbass and crash into a wind turbine.......unless it was a woman alien driver! :) *boom-tish*

Maybe aliens thought the wind turbine was smaller than it was because I never realised how absolutely ginormous they are for a long time and thought everyone was whining about them being an eyesore and we should just get them in the back garden.

If they don't complain about the eyesore, they'll complain about the rising energy costs, oh wait, they're doing that too.

I wish there was at the Transformer:D in front of my house. So that, I would believe it.

bibu001w added 1 Minutes and 8 Seconds later...

This line really got me laughing. And have those guys already said such things before?
However, Julian Cook, professor of physics at Cambridge University, said: "How many times do we have to tell you? Do not talk to people from Lincolnshire."

Mind you if Aliens are sophisticated enough to fly spaceships here undetected they're probably sophisticated enough to have found a form of energy more efficient than wind power. Maybe it was trying to tell us something. No more wind power!
