Avatars look good. Lights are good, just don't spread/blend them over the render, it should be more visible than lights. Text should be improved in some aspects; since the placement is good in all, now try out some effects and some variation in size. Also try to choose fancy fonts rather than the simple ones. To use the text efficiently you have to think more creative, there's nothing much you can learn actually. Search for tuts related effects on text, but after all you'll have to imagine so many things related to it whilst doing an artwork as scope of the text varies with each artwork. It depends on the type of artwork you're doing, stock placement in it, lights, etc etc and importantly on how creative you can imagine. Good luck.

ITALY one looks great - With the balancing, text and lights all look outstanding. The other ones are average with the text and others. After all I like the idea of avas on team logos, keep 'em coming and keep improving.
An ava of REAL MADRID logo and a tagline of 'Ruling Clubs' would be great.
