This draft is for those future players or those who are playing but have not reached their potential yet. Players like van der Dussen, Abid Ali, Joe Denly, etc. can be picked, even though they have a (possible) short future. Also uncapped players can be picked. But don't pick players who have retired or don't have a chance to play in the future (this does not stop you from picking the likes of Simon Harmer and Kyle Abbott).

The team you pick is applicable for whichever format you want. But I would prefer if you pick an all-format team.

There are many players who can be picked but it would be appreciated if you stick to the principle of the draft. You can pick Kohli, Smith, Root, Williamson, Cummins, Starc, but this draft is really not for making the best of present.

Rules:

• You can pick 8 capped players () at max.
• You can pick capped players either under the age of 27 (as of Feb 10, 2020) or with maximum caps of 50 (across formats, excluding retired players and above the age of 34)
• You have to pick at least 3 uncapped players (), who are under 25 (as of Feb 10, 2020).
• Though not necessary, a bit of info about the players, especially if he is not an establish international player, would be appreciated.

I am not sure what would be the right age because some players make their debut late like Iyer, van der Dussen, Abid Ali etc. So I am thinking that there should be no age restriction so players like Abid Ali can find a place in this draft.

Okay so I'm thinking that an under-23 (born 1997 or later) age limit would be good. Or under-25 (born 1995 or later) if you want to be more inclusive.

Either that or an experience limit: something like 100 points maximum: a Test cap is 5 points, ODI cap is 3 points and T20I cap is 2 points. But that's a massive pain in the backside for anyone to calculate so I probably wouldn't go with that.
