Ok, deleted the dodgy tours and tried 15 casual 'forfeit and exits' as demonstrated in my previous video. No crashes.
ChinamanSpin - maybe check to see if the tours have reappeared? Longshot but maybe saving a file could make the corrupt tours re-appear.

Video of crash in casual mode, happened on my first attempt. DBC Xbox 360 - Casual mode crash - YouTube
Not the best quality video, you can see the freeze at 56sec. The attached screenshot shows the message that is up when the crash occurs.
I can confirm it does for me, see http://www.planetcricket.org/forums/don-bradman-cricket-14-forum/don-bradman-cricket-14-issues-anomalies-after-patch-2-ps3-360-a-89276-52.html#post2807762
As noted I don't get the bug as much anymore. I'll get some firmware details etc and try to get a video...

If you really wanted to you could delete the patch, go offline so it doesn't try to get the patch again, start a random game/career/whatever and save it. Go back online, get the patch and try and replicate the freeze.
There would be a chance that this would play havoc with your DBC...
Just tried this, no freeze. Also did a net session afterwards for good measure, again no freeze.
I honestly believe (at least in my case) that the issue was due to save games being present on the storage device that were pre patch 2 or perhaps even pre patch 1.

Firstly I tried several 'save and exits' and 'forfeit and exits' in casual mode and it froze every single time except for one instance.
I then deleted all of my saved games...
Just to add more data to the pile and hopefully help Big Ant get to the bottom of the Xbox save issue here are the specifics of my post patch 2 experience.
Instance 1, casual T20 - Forfeit and exit match. Result: freeze
Instance 2, casual test - Save and exit just after lunch day 1. Result...
Looking at my game, Turner looked like an issue with the order "get best" downloads the teams. I had three versions of him; an unskilled version playing for WA and Scorchers, another unskilled version playing for PM's XI and an unassigned skilled 2 hat version.
