I started the full version game i created a player and i added it to the squad. i saved the roaster from the load/save option i closed the game and when i again started it, the created player was not there somebody please help

I have problem with my game when i go to play any type of game in the coaching or play game option, I open that type of game and thn loading option comes and my game half loads and then the game closes someone PLEASE HELP
