I think they are pulling the wool over your eyes saying it’s not a bug, and trying to play semantics. It didn’t used to do this, something has changed how the grid is being applied, and it is producing an incorrect, inaccurate result that applies a backfoot shot where a front foot shot is...

What I’m getting is def not a front foot pull and also doesn’t play through properly. It’s a back foot pull with some frames missing

would suggest it's a bug that the grid is being applied or calculated incorrectly, because it wasn't like this before.
