    Generation Draft - COMPLETED!!

Ok here are my final picks Maurice Leyland If it all turns to...well you know what, this was the man that came in and tried to save the day for his team. One of the most interesting characters in the game with a not to shabby batting average of 46. Maurice Leyland may not individually stand...

Does the pick I change have to be from the current round, or can I change one from a past round?

    Generation Draft - COMPLETED!!

Yeah I am in a bit of a spot of bother with the left handers, which due to being caught out by the lack of them before the 80's and my draft position might cause me to have to change a pick unfortunately

    Generation Draft - COMPLETED!!

Ok my next picks are... Charles McCartney "The Governer General" was a batsman of high calibur, armed with an audacious approach and a keen eye for the ball. McCartney was a high calibur batsman that in his own words played every ball on its merit, which he put into effect by clubbing 345...

Here are my picks. Arthur Shrewsbury A batsman to rival W G Grace both in skill and average, Shrewbury was an accomplished batsman, who when Grace was asked to choose a player he would most like in his side, he simply said Arthur. A big reason for selection in my XI is his ability to bat on...

Trans-Tasman Trophy (NZ in Australia), December 2011/12

I agree with Chewie here, we are going to have to persist with the current set-up, as underwhelming as McCullum is as an opener, who are we going to put up top if we move him down to take the gloves again. The likes of Jeet Raval, Peter Ingram, Jamie How, Brad Wilson, Rob Nicol, and Stephen...

Trans-Tasman Trophy (NZ in Australia), December 2011/12

Pretty pathetic by our bunch really. Outside of Brownlee, Vettori and Bracewell, they all looked pretty awful, It was just the same old, same old thoughtless batting, none of them seem to have a plan on how to bat besides Brownlee, who really is a class above the rest of our batsman.

I'm amazed this guy wasn't picked yet My first pick is Frederick Spofforth Simply referred to as, "The Demon Bowler", this man was the most ruthless bowler of his era. basically the founding father of swing bowling, he was feared by many opposition batsmen in his time for his intimadatory...
