Thanks Dave. I did get 14 on PC but I must admit I was never a great fan of the bowling. The batting was very enjoyable however.
I've not played or even heard of Franco's hack but please tell me more.
In the mean time I've been a game tester for Perfect Parallel's 'Jack Nicklaus Perfect Golf'...
Pushing the RS as far left as possible just directs the delivery way outside off stump and the small line indicator turns red. The ball doesn't get a chance to turn.
I don't have the commentary turned on so I don't they what they say, but it wouldn't be complimentary.
I couldn't understand how this could possibly work and it doesn't. I've tried it this morning.
Pushing the RS as far left as possible bowls continual wides.
Celebs? Yes I think I know which members you are referring to.
I wrote the comment on the thread that was on at the time, but I could have posted it on quite a number of them.
Perhaps there should be a thread started where one can abuse other members without it hijacking an interesting debate.;)
I was complaining about all the nonsense that's get written i.e. Name calling, rudeness to other members, unfair demands to the makers of the game etc. etc.
I notice you've been a member since 2009. Have you always been so welcoming to new members?
Ok, I know when I'm beaten. ;)
I just think when people are browsing for a game in their local games shop that a national cricket icon would sell the game better.
I don't agree.
And Biggs, don't call any idea that doesn't conform to yours 'dumb'.
Have some respect for other people's opinions.
And to reply to your other comment about me, yes, I have only been a member since December but I think I might have more to contribute than some of the posters on...
I'm not saying than Don Bradman isn't a cricketing legend who is known by millions. The name is fine if you only want the game to be bought by cricket aficionados but surely a wider audience is desirable.
That's just my opinion.
