Hey man. Can you tell me how I can edit face textures and 3d head models?

Does anybody know if there's a programme that opens 3d head models and face textures from the game? I have created a thread already, not sure if you have seen it. If you know anything about that, please let me know. I have experience in editing faces but for other games. Thanks in advance.
