So I'm watching the Sussex game on the TV and I know that Chad Keegan at Sussex only has a OD contract with us, having not played an FC game since Sept. 06.

Are there any other players in England who only play certain formats? I can't actually think of any others apart from Flintoff.

I think Gary Keedy & Mark Davies are FC specialist also.

BTW i didn't realise cricket was on SKY today. Was the sussex game the only one that was shown?

Yes, only Sussex game. Keedy plays OD stuff now, didn't use to play a lot of it though.

Davies didn't play last year in OD, but I think that was down to selection, rather than being on an FC contract.

Isn't Kirtley the same for Sussex? Saying that, they'll both play if they're needed, so it's not like they've retired from FC cricket for a reason.

I think Flintoff has said that he might look into playing FC cricket for Lancashire once he's fit again. Although he may have changed his mind as it was a while back.

His last deal with Lancs is a 4-year one day deal.

I don't expect Kirts to play FC cricket, but afaik his contract isn't OD specific, un-like Keegan's.

Is that as an overseas player? Because yeah there are loads of them, but that isn't what Sureshot is talking about. He is talking about the actual domestic players who only play one format.
