Career Mode SP vs XP

Hi everyone,

Just got the game last week and thoroughly enjoying it.

Started my career and found out that you level up your player with SP or Skill Points.

I also noticed that you earn XP/CXP. Just wanted to know what is the purpose of that? Doesn't really seem to do anything.

I myself am trying to find out what the CXP does, i have more than a million of it! ...Where do i use it? what can it be redeemed for..I'm CLUELESS lol

Right now using SP to upgrade my player attributes, its long and grinding, but worth it..
