They disappeared without a trace. However, the Xaitment is used internally inside Ashes Cricket 2013. I think they (the vendor) may have been very embarrassed about that.

Who-ever was maintaining those servers ran out of money. The patches are no longer available. As the patch server is no longer available, that's good. Nobody can play Ashes 2009, IC2010 unless they downgrade to Windows 98 or Windows XP.
