    Cricket 19 Nintendo switch.

There are quite a few BUT many of them are cut down or bad.. the main benefit is portability as if you are a tv screen gamer with another console, chances are the other console has a far superior version of the game... that said here are my favourites Cricket 19 - starting on topic, the reason...

    Availability of Updates

On switch, short answer no, longer answer is this website lists patches on switch but is only updated every few days, not in realtime.. so quicker to boot up the switch http://www.benoitren.be/switch-gamepatches.html For what its worth, I contacted Big Ant and they assured me the first patch...

I've had 1 crash so far (as it changed sides in a 5s games - starting up a loading screen, froze then crash to switch dashboard). So nowhere near what you are experiencing but still, thats one crash too many. Mine is the UK eshop version too, on a new 512GB Sansung microsd with plenty of space...

Overnight, I too suffered a crash - just the one, whilst playing 5s and it was just about to change over sides - it started a loading sequence, then froze, then crashed to Switch dashboard with an error message (didn't make a note of it unfortunately, fairly generic this application has stopped...

I know see what people mean about the fielding bug... its impossible to finish the relay throw tutorial as the field hops / pauses as he heads towards the ball so slowly such that the ball is impossible to catch up with to start a relay throw... this must be a bug in the animation / speed of the...

    Cricket 19 Nintendo switch.

The switch is an odd beast when it comes to ports like this... the lack of GPU / CPU oomph means you really do need actual in game portable footage to get a good idea of what compromises have been made (and whether they feel acceptable is a very personal thing I feel) but its such a pain to get...

    Cricket 19 Nintendo switch.

So, uploaded a bit of rough and ready handheld footage - I edited out most of the 2 minute loading screen (!) and just show some basic batting, and a badly judged run :-). This is the pre patch version 1.0.0.0

    Cricket 19 Nintendo switch.

Were these taken in handheld yep, just downloaded and not as bad as I feared in handheld - LONG initial load time measured in minutes, choppy fps in cut scenes as it sweeps across stadium but actual players look ok and gameplay seems fairly smooth. Made a video but messed it up / switch was so...

This is the bane of being a multi console owner... do I go for the all singing XBOX-X version (which is well documented on youtube) and occasionally play on the sofa when i get a chance or go for the compromised switch version (where in game footage has been suspiciously absent from all...
