Graphics Importer is crashing on me everytime I attempt to change any graphics, it just closes down everytime. Any clue why? :help

These bats are already in the 2GB batpack (from cricket2004.co.uk) but for the upcoming (Australian) season the asthetics have changed, could anyone have a go at updating these bats please? They are the Gray-Nicolls Millenium and Powerbow as well as a new one not in the bat pack, the Megadrive...

I have had Cricket 2004 since it came out, I have always played it using a gamepad (Logitech Dual Action). However after I had to format my pc, I reinstalled my gamepad and the game, the problem is the game will not detect the gamepad, resulting in me having to use the keyboard which i hate...
