Already mentioned it happening also on PC almost 2 months ago if I am not mistaken. I wrote about it on Steam forum somewhere. The boomrang effect is very much present coupled with "bad luck, mate" trophy. Happens more often when dancing down the wicket.

The post above has summed it up well. On PC, the game has really taken Cricket simulation to another level. My early thoughts that this game would quickly become monotonous have been proved incorrect to a modest extent. These days, I only laugh at some of the player animations, but not so much...
