I think the best game of 2005 was gta sanandreas.
 
San andreas is the best out of those choices (pc version)
But my all time favourite game of 2005 would have to be Battlefield 2 on the PC.
The huge online battles with up to 64 people is awesome!
 
The best game of 2005 isn't in there, Civilization IV is amazing, take out Smackdown vs Raw as that is rubbish and also Cricket 2005 isn't THAT great a game without all the patches on this fantastic forum!
 
I have Civ IV. Havent had much chance to play it yet. Looks really interesting

i have PC and its now 2 years old, havent played lot of games in past on PC, but GTA SA wins if talking about best, but even Cricket 2005 is not so bad to play. so both wins.

World of Warcraft came out end of 2004 so did Counter strike source and Half life 2 :p
 
I'd go with Football Manager 2006
 
well for me, Call Of Duty 2 & NFS Most Wanted were the best games of 2005. Brother in Arms: Road to Hill 30 & GTA SA were very good too!

shadow of colossus and metal gear solid 3 on ps2
mario kart and pheonix wright on the ds
lumines and libert city stories on the psp
