Yes probably that's going to be the way. But I doubt the counties would agree, as their contracts are signed priorly, and they would want the players to fulfill their contracts.

I think because of that the PSL should begin from 10 june

PCB wants to give players a break between the PSL in June and the England tour, as the England tour onwards, they will be playing non-stop Cricket till PSL 7.

So, PCB wants the PSL to end ASAP in June and give players a 10-12 days break before they fly to England.
