A noobie question ? Plz help

Can u guys plz help me. what is front foot and back foot. i know but im just making sure. Is the Red circle where u indicate where u want the bowlers to bowl or the black cricle ( the arrow) that indicates the bowler is bowling around the wicket or over the wicket

The Arrow is to adjust where the bowler is coming from (around the wicket\over the wicket)
