I've decided to make a new thread out of this seeing as no-one has downloaded the configs I posted in another thread.
These are the configs used for Ravi's 6.0 AI patch.
This allows you to install them without having an unedited .gob
i.e. if you have installed kits already, you won't need to reinstall the game to use the patch.
You will need the config editor by Prakash to manually import these values.
Instructions (also in the readme):
1. Open the config editor and select limited overs normal
2. Open the text file 'limited overs normal'
3. Highlight all the text in the config editor window and press delete.
4. Highlight all the text in the text file and press copy.
5. Paste it into the blank window in the config editor by right clicking and pressing paste.
6. Repeat this for limited overs hard, unlimited overs normal etc.

Great idea Colin, but does this include the stroke files that Ravi has amended?

Where. I've just seen one stroke file.

Hmm, does that not cover them all? Point me towards them in the .gob and I can produce an update without any probs.

No, there are about 90 different stroke files, each one covering a different shot (directions, height, power, power range, rewards, difficulty etc). I'll take a look in the gob to see if I can find the offsets; Ravi and Phil will know their whereabouts better than me though.

The decimal offset for the stroke files are
558891008 to
558927312

They're in blocks, presumably for each direction range (i.e, straight behind keeper to 3rd man region, then 3rd man to point etc). The first block is 558891008 to 558892464, the next 558893056 to 558894544 etc. There are hex 00's between each block. I don't know whether you need all these blocks or whether the total start - finish offsets will do.

I make them go up to 559077377!!!
There are 93 blocks... Unless the config Editor can be changed to make them editable as one block no-one is going to spend hours editing all 93.

well....seeing the response(which i'm not getting) for making an a.i patch like ravi does.

me too have to release my edited CFGs in a similar fashion.

I am not sure what response you needed Tutsipoppy2, Squiz had answered already maybe you didnt check the patch maker out. Even otherwise you can release the edited CFGs as a text file and people can update the configs with your values.
