yea its simple,
make your images on photoshop as normal (ie 2 sigs)
then GO TO the sign on the right of save with a globe by it.
After this is comes up with a new window.
go to ANIMATE
LOOP
and thn were it says 0.2 change to however long you want
you can preview and the click OK to save
also make sure you DELETE THE BACKGROUND
