Animating Help?

Hi GFX makers, I can't save my animation as anything but .psd for it to work, can someone please save my animation as .gif?

I can't seem to make my pictures alternate for an avatar or display picture. It's a bummer, cause I had heaps of pics there, just to find it doesn't work.

Use search, I have asked this question before and the thread is on it.

Anyway on Imageready go file> Save optimised and then it should save as .gif
