Anyone Interested - Online League

I was wondering if anyone is interested in a sort of International Cricket Captain 2008 League System. As you know there is currently there is a Cup on and there were a lot of people who wanted to be in it but due to lack of space couldnt. i thought if we could have a 2 divison system. Like the 2 bottom teams are relegated if there are enough people interested. If you are interested please a comment with your online name and rank so we can put the top teams in the first divison and so on. My rank is 35.
