Ok, today I have started a new game. I started unemployed and took a job at Weymouth (Conference South) I have no transfer funds and have to cut the wage bill. Probably not the best club to start at, but I will let you know how it goes.

Ok, my 1st season has finished.

1st half of the season was average at best, my loan signings didnt work out too well and was having trouble finding players that were even willing to come on loan. Also my tatics wern't really working (this is the first time I have played the game this far down the leagues). But the second half was much better, my loan signings prooved sucessful and I finished 5th, only to lose out in the playoff's. And so onto my second season, this it gonna proove just as hard as the board have cut my wage budget even further and I still have no transfer funds, lets hope the youngsters do well for me.

Well i got St Albans promoted. After being near relegation for the first part of the season, i got on a runand kept going. Got a few players on loan, but sold my best players and bought some forign'ers. Picked up Joe Flurry from Bristol City who scored 25 goals for me, Stephen Watt on loan from Chelsea, Trevor Robinson on loan from millwall. May post some screenshots later.

Now starting my second season in the conference.

Today im going to start a new game after a long time of not having played I think its time to dig the game out and have another crack! Ill do what you guys have done and start unemployed and see how it goes! Should be ok for me considering ive managed Bradford most of the time with restricted wage budgets and transfer money and got them promoted so lets see!

I signed stephen watt on loan for the second part of the season, I'm gonna try to resign him again, also I got a gem in Adam Birchall on loan from Arsenal he scored 27 goals in the season, i've just got him again for another season.

Its bare gay. My game became corrupt after installing a database update sometime back and my bros got my disc. Ive gotta get it off him now.

Im so chuffed off.

Yes ive also found my game has become corrupted after installing a database update so ive done away with it and started back on CM03/04

They do for me, I might have something to do with the fact that I dont have football manager installed in the default location (C:\program files\....) but I'm not sure.

Update:

Fried my motherboard. Had to re-install windows & new motherboard after installing some dodgy ram.

Started again, got the st albans job. 7 games left in season, sitting in mid table, apply for the job at carlise. Despite being in large debt they have a huge ground and are a club with potential. They are in relegation so hopefully i can stop them from being relegated to the lowest league in FM.

Just installed my game again

I'm downloading the update. I won't start unemployed though.. I'll play a season as Chelsea first

Should be fun with Essien and Wright-Phillips in there :cool:
