Audio MIxer ( Stereo mixer)

hi guys
i am having problem recording streaming audio
i thought my stereo mixer is disabled so i enabled it from volume control but still couldn't record any streaming audio.
i can record with the mic but can't from sound card
what u guys recommand me to do?
