Most of the people that get called sunny for some reason.

I have Arafat Sunny in my Surrey team and he's Awesome. Just one match left out and so far he's already taken 100 + wkts. His bowling average comes around 20 in all forms of the game. His economy is also great. Very rarely he gets hit. In some 20-20 games he finishes with something like 4-0-18-2 or sometimes 4-0-24-1. In a recent Pro 40 game his analysis was 8-0-21-1.
He's good with the bat as well. Scores those 30's, 40's....sometimes those 50's, 60's.....I remember in one CT match agst Worcs, chasing 312 for win, Surrey went down to 168/6 when this guy came and blasted 79 and took the score to 300

Nafees goes very nicely opening, batting ave of 43 after 37 tests. At one stage he was the number one batsman in the world, form had declined somewhat in recent times. Stick with Iqbal, he ave. about 35 after 35 tests. he takes a while to get going in his career but becomes a good batsman. Go with Rahim as your keeper, once again takes a while but after 40 or so tests his ave. is up around 35. M.islam(the batting one) has been a good find for me, his ave. is around 39 after 40 or so tests. These aves. may not look to great but bear in mind after 15 or so games they were rather terrible, so they are improving nicely, i imagine they shall all end up around the mid forties.
As for the bowlers, A.Hasan has been my best bowler. His ave. is just above 26 after 39 tests. His batting ave of 25 is also pretty handy in the lower order. My most valuable player thus far has been M.Islam (of the allrounder variety) with the bat he has an ave. of 33 and with the ball its a very tidy 26. This is after about 40 tests. Im pretty much in love with him, if he was keen i would most definetly have his children. Alas im yet to find a really good fast bowler.
The main thing to remember with bangladesh is to be patient, pick a youthfull team at first and build them towards the future. Im up to 2011 and have just recently lost in the world cup final and probably should have won.

Nafees did well fo me aswell as Manjural Islam, but Manjural Islam was the best Batmsen and Bowler for me i think, Pretty wierd.

In my opinion my vote goes to Mortaza.He is most talented, quickest and very aggressive bowler in the Bangladesh team.
Mortaza holds the Bangladeshi record for best bowling figures, with 6/26 against Kenya in August 2006.he is a right hand bowler.Sometimes he in quick in making runs and hitting sixes and fours....

No one can be the best forever. Its depends upon time to time.
But it doesn't mean that its impossible because already few of the players performed best in their whole cricket life.
By the in my point of view every player are best of this team
