I think the best is McGrath. Just because of his sheer quality and his commitment. We have seen him work hard here in the subcontinent(india), to be a success.

Ya!, Mcgrath is the consistent in'em of all, but not too forget Mr.Muralidharan who can perform all over the globe (Man, he can turn the ball in even clay)

murali can spin the ball anywhere 'coz he chuks. i know this becouse of i being an off spinner.

Oh man, this is too harse on only the kind of Off-Spinner. Ya, he is not the conventional but using wrist than the fingers to bowl off break is unbelievable. I know some off-break too, but the big zero if i use wrist to bowl offspin. It's the great art. Pls try to understand that! :0

Warne has to be the best. Love him or hate him, he revolutionised leg spin bowling and his record speaks for itself.
(I'll never forget THAT delivery that bowled Gatting in 93(?). His first ball in Ashes cricket, too).
He was also voted in Wisden's top five cricketers of all time.

Spinning the ball a lot isnt a tough job, my friend boss. i can do wrist spin. i've turned the ball like murali does. but everyone called me a chucker.

i even rate saqlain better than murali

i think wasim akram is far best bowler......... very hard to hit him.... these days he is simply superb

i agree to you. Wasim is a great bowler. But he is not the best bowler . He was the best bowler.
