Thank u Tosh for mentioning Ranatunge.

I think he was one of the best captains for the past 25 years or so. Can't comment on anythin before.

I think Stephen Fleming's the best currently.

I don't know why not many ppl rate Mark Taylor highly. Was it because he lost the world cup final to a "small country." I hope not! For Arjuna was revolutionary and deserves all credit for that World Cup Win. But Taylor's captaincy in the 96 semi final vs Windies was absolutely amazing! Bringin on Shane Warne at that crucial time took alot of guts! I think backing ur gut feelings and deciding when the gut deserves a chance makes a great captain cos luck is a BIG part of the game.

Just a thought.
