Best Controller for BLIC 2007?

Hi, can anyone confirm that the xbox 360 controller IS working on the demo - I am just about to buy a controller and have my eyes set on the xbox wired one so I can use it on my pc and xbox.

I wont however buy it if it does not work with BLIC 2007, so is anyone actually using it on the PC with the demo?

Other than that what do you think is the best controller for the game?

I like using the Logitech rumblepad II.

i cant get a conroler working at all on the demo, if i did it would be one of those logitech ones.

Just got my 360 controller and works great with the demo on the pc - thanks for your help everyone
