there are many....but,some are easily complicated and some are easy free admin control panels....

i think easy would be good for you to have a fully functional forum and a site....if you want it to be..it has over 440 Templates to choose from..

I have created my site using phpbb it is just like vbulletin but it is a freeware. I think Kshitiz_Indian has also created his site (planetgaming) using phpbb.

You could always buy a URL for example www.covvy.com and then get an invisionplus forum and redirect the forum to it when u go onto www.covvy.com. Thats what a lot of forums do, well a few i no of anyway. It works quite well, and you can make a nice enter screen on your website then give a link to the redirected site. Hope i helped you
