Brett Lee eyes Bollywood

Australian speedster Brett Lee, out of the ongoing cricket World Cup due to an ankle injury, is using his unscheduled break to build a platform for his post-retirement career in Bollywood.

Lee is spending a fortnight in India to meet with sponsors and negotiate a recording contract after the success of his previous album, shot during the Champions Trophy last year, with legendary Asha Bhosle.
"The focus is to build a platform for Brett to perform at Bollywood level after his career," said his manager Neil Maxwell.

His first album was not good. I hope he sings better than he did the first time around.

I think that it is great that he is such a fanatic of Indian culture. It is about the closest we will get to having an Indian fast bowler.

Did you know he can speak fluent Hindi and is a great fan (not just a singer) of Hindi and Bollywood music?

Yer it is great that he is supporting Indian culture but he really can't sing i heard an interview on BBC about it and there was a clip of the song. I nearly died listening to it.

Fair enough...if i was a producer i would not produce Brett Lee, unless there was some serious financial gain involved, which is unlikely because that noise isn't going to sell much
