I wished India to bring the glory back. But after seeing their bowling weakness, I doubt they qualify for the next round.

If Australia win, they must be deserving it. Seeing the duration of the World Cup, only the mentally toughest team(s) can survive the world cup and the better team wins it.

So if Australia win it, they deserve the world champions tag. i too wanted a change, but if aussies win, they will deserve it.

If Australia win, I will be a little surprised because they'll have to do it with one of the more inexperienced bowling line-ups of the tournament. Australia still haven't played any top-tier competition and only after their match on South Africa will I be able to make my judgment on their chances to make it a hat-trick. Their batsmen are certainly good enough to make up for their bowlers, though.

Australia ... Well they are still a better side no doubts about it. They got one the most expolosive batting lineup together with some outstanding fielding unit. But bowling is a doubt. Lots of boasting talks about Mcgrath but I didnt impressed with his bowling toh minnows. Brad Hogg is not comparble with any where near as Murali, Vitori or Kumble. So it is one of the weaker attacks they had from a long time. It's a set back under WI conditions. Anyway I dont think they will make it to the finals this time.

I think it came down to a vote IIRC and the subcontinent won. Aussie/NZL will get it in 2015. To be honest, I really thought you guys down under should've gotten it, but I'm not complaining
