Good story though, the chances of meeting a celeb online are slim, especially someone who's actually a professional in the sport you're playing. You do see a few games with "beat a developer online" achievement on 360, basically impossible to do.
Ricky Ponting said in an interview that Nathan Bracken and James Hopes play online on their consoles. The next day they talk about what happened and had a bit of a laugh.
Theres no way of knowing your playing someone famous online because your not really going to ask someone called "JamesHopes17" or something that there actually James hopes.
