Bug or Umpire Mistake ???

I was playing BLIC07 demo when this happened,

I hit the ball straight down and ran the non striker, the guy came out of
his crease and the ball hit the stumps on the non strikers end. The ball did not touch the bowler or anyone else before this, but was close to the bowlers leg. The umpire refered to the third umpire who gave the decision as out, was this a programmed mistake by the main umpire to have referred it to the 3rd umpire or do you guys think its a bug. Once it was refered, the only thing the 3rd umpire has to decide is whether the non striker is in the crease or outside

well what u have to consider is this is a demo, i highly doubt that it will 100% perfect

never seen that before but i have seen run outs not given when the batsman hasn't grounded the bat, the bat will be over the crease but not grounded which technically is out but it is never given, hopefully this is fixed by the time the full game is released.
