can any body make a rader for the ball speed - any body

i was just wondering if any body could make a rader that could tell the speed of the ball the bowler is bowling. i played a baseball game and that game had a rader that tells the ball speed can any body make it for blc.

I think that you would need to be able to change the games code to do this.
