Whenever I practice my bowling, I can't ever do a run-up as it'll screw up my accuracy in bowling, plus I can't doing any spin bowling and I consider myself as a medium-pace bowler and sometimes a medium-fast bowler.

Is there anyway of doing a run-up that won't stuff up my accuracy as I can never follow the ball through and get it in the area of which I want to bowl at?

I suggest you to do solo bowling practices and when you get it correct you should try to bowl with run up in matches and I could only say that it would gradually improve. All the Best

Okay, a lot of people will have a lot of advice about runups, and I'm one of them. You might have seen some of the videos of my bowling I've posted on here (Videos thread, about halfway down the page) and I find it's most important to get rhythm. Don't just sprint in, be relaxed, and build your speed smoothly
