It'll have to go through the qualifying round first, as will other associate leagues such as the Europa Cup, IREPL etc.

It can't be added. Reasons:

• CL has teams from country based leagues, not these league.
• You are a newbie, you must have at least one good league
• We have 18 teams and a balanced competition, so it can't be added
• The rest of the reason are gonna be told by Sir VC the Slogger
